Price

All prices shown in this website are exclusive of post and packing, VAT and any other promotional offer and discount scheme. Any applicable post and packing and VAT is payable by you in addition to the price. We reserve the right to make any price changes and update products. Any changes that are made will be advised when we confirm the acceptance of your order.

Delivery

Please allow up to 5-10 working days for delivery. Allow a little longer for personalised items. When items are out of stock, despatch may be slightly delayed. All goods are subject to availability at time of order. All Orders are subject to a minimum carriage charge of £12.50. The customer is liable to pay extra charges in respect of any special arrangement made at the customers' request to expedite delivery. Shortages must be reported within three working days of receipt.
There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be more than 5 - 10 working days. If this problem arises, Acumen Promotions Ltd will contact you to update you on the progress of your order.
Goods are delivered by Royal Mail or Courier and will require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected, a second delivery charge may also be incurred.

Non Delivery, Damage in Transit

Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately by using our enquiry form. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.

Sampling Service

Any number of garments in our brochure can be sampled, which allows you to “try and size before you buy”. Samples will be invoiced to you on despatch and will be credited in full on return, provided they are returned to us in the condition they were sent within 30 days of delivery. When samples are kept longer than 30 days the invoice will become payable, unless an extended trial period is agreed.

Non Standard Size Garments

Any sizes outside our normal stock ranges are available as a special order. We charge an extra 25% on the catalogue price for this service and you should allow up to eight weeks for delivery. However, there are occasions where we have some outsize garments available from stock. Check at time of ordering with our customer service team for availability.

If we do not have the colour you are looking for in our ranges we are able meet your requirement by sourcing alternatives for you. The only condition is that you order 100 of a style. Once the sample is approved, delivery would be 6-8 weeks subject to fabric availability at time of order. Please remember that any garments made at your request are not returnable. Returns/Exchanges

Garments can be exchanged or returned within thirty days of the date of invoice. These must be returned accompanied by our returns form in the condition they were received i.e. with hanger, all tags attached, and with any packaging materials used. Shirts and blouses in packets will only be credited if they are folded, re-packed using all original materials and in 100% re-saleable condition. Extra care should be taken not to soil shirts and blouses with make-up, pen marks, dirt, oil etc. Returns after the thirty day period will not be accepted unless by prior arrangement. A discretionary handling charge may be applied for goods returned without good reason. Goods that are made to order or are personalised cannot under any circumstances be exchanged or credited. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that garments are returned safely, using a service where a signature is required on delivery. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of goods returned by a non-signature service.

Bespoke Design Service

We offer a free service to advise, design and develop clothing that is fit for purpose and reflects your brand. As we have a UK production facility we are able to do this for as little as 50 staff. For more details contact our sales team.

Size and Fittings

Our clothing comes in a wide range of sizes as shown in the sizing chart that has been drawn up specifically for our styles and fabrics. Please note that our sizes will not always correspond with high street equivalents.

Branding

Customise your corporate clothing with your company logo in one of four methods: Embroidery, Logo Tabbing, Heat Seal or Screen Printing. Please send a letterhead or bromide stating size and pantone colours for a personal quotation. For more details call our Customer Service Team.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed it can be cancelled, though this may be subject to a discretionary handling charge. Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once placed into our system. If in any event you need to amend an order please call to check that this will be possible.

Cancellation of Order

You may return carriage paid any product to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund less original delivery cost providing it is unused and with its original packaging and providing our original invoice has been paid.

To return items to us, simply use the Returns Label and Returns Form that are provided with your order.

Acumen Promotions Ltd cannot accept the return of any product or garment that has been embroidered with a logo or personalised in any other way. We also cannot accept the return of any swimwear or underwear, whether worn or not.

Credit Accounts

Credit is offered after a successful credit check has been carried out on your company. In the event of us not being able to offer you credit you will be allocated a pro-forma account and orders will only be processed on receipt of cleared funds. Product Development

Due to ongoing product development we reserve the right to change the specification of any garment in the brochures without prior notice.
